is sustainably harvested by taking a small sample of tissue with which to generate a master
culture. The ecosystem and its mushrooms remain intact. They then carefullyculture
this mycelium for the Host Defense products in a way that maintains the lowest
P-Value™ possible. P-Value is a scientific term for the genetic integrity of the mushroom.
The growing mushroom mycelium is absolutely genetically identical to rainforest
mushrooms in their native habitats, thus ensuring the provenance and genetic vitality
of each strain.
